This product is great, I have already lost post Chemo weight. I took the stepper to work for my boss to try and now she will be ordering one. It really does help firm up the legs and butt.

I love my bilateral stepper and that says a lot coming from me because I hate to exercise. It's easy to do while watching tv and doesn't take up a lot of space. The only problem I had was that it squeaked unbelievably loud at first but a little wd-40 took care of that super quick.

considering the fact that it is a manual piece of exerciser equipment it works well. The one safety hazard is the elastic on the arm handles does not stay in the grove so it can be quite dangerous when it flies out of the hole where it fits in the foot pedal.

It would've been nice if it came with an instruction book or a DVD. I haven't used it yet, because not sure what to do.

Don't think the resistance is enough and it is isn't so stable. IT is good enough for small spaces but if you have room go for a bigger model
