only reason i bought this was because i broke my last ipod. this one isnt easy to use by any means. i wish i could return this item and get my money back because its useless to me now

I am very Happy with this MP3 player. After reading reviews of this product I decided to spend the extra money,and glad that I did. The screen is perfect for the size of the player. The instructions are not as informative as they could be, but once you download the instructions from the 'Coby Media Manager',it becomes very clear.All the help you need is there,that is in the quick start guide that comes in the box. Don't look for a CD there is not one in the box. Thanks to everyone for leaving a review. It is very helpful. I did find the ear buds did not fit, but that was an easy fix.

I AM 70 YEARS OLD SO I GUESS YOU CAN TELL WHERE I AM GOING WITH THIS. IT IS TOO COMPLICATED FOR ME. I HAVE HAD TO CALL SUPPORT 4 TIME AND IT IS STILL NOT WORKING FOR ME. FIRST, THE INSTRUCTIONS TELL ME THAT I MUST INSTALL THE COBY MEDIA MANAGER FROM THE MP3 TO THE COMPUTER. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I DID DOWNLOAD FROM THE COMPUTER TO THE PLAYER BUT I NOW CAN ONLY TAKE PICTURES AND LISTEN TO SOME RADIO STATIONS. WINDOWS WAS TO DISPLAY AN AUTOPLAY SCREEN, THAT NEVER HAPPENDED. AND THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THE TINY MANUAL DOES NOT HELP AT ALL. THE ILLUSTRATIONS OF THE POP UP SCREENS ARE TOO SMALL TO READ. MAYBE I CAN GIVE A BETTER REVIEW WHEN I FIND OUT HOW TO WORK THIS THING. I REALLY JUST WANTED SOMETHING I CAN LISTEN TO MUSIC WITH. BUT IT SEEMED LIKE A GOOD DEAL FOR ALL IT IS SUSPOSE TO DO. BUT IT IS NOT WORTH THE COST IF YOU CAN'T USE ALL THE FEATURES.
