Wish I read the reviews before I bought. Does not work even 2 blocks away, 10 miles? How did they come up with that? I got these for a survival situation, took em out of my backpack after about a month, batteries were completely dead. Basically bought a $100 somewhat wind up flashlight.

does not hold charge as long as should does not go as far as 10 miles unless there is NO trees etc in the way. If your in the flat desert it might make 10 miles. To late to return them.

The radios do not do what they claim, they are cheap made.I am sending them back. Very dissatisified with them.
