I purchased this item for my 17 yr old grandaughter for Christmas. It is perfect for her as it is light weight, has multiple features such as dvd slot, usb port, monitor if needed. It is practical for transporting anywhere when she goes to college, etc. I find the smaller screens have excellent picture quality. Also I like the color and will appeal to a young person-I would even like it!
