Bed collapsed the second day it was up. Middle support wood piece broke in half. Not a strong bed.

the first night we slept on the bed it crasshed in the middle of the night, the slim support beams broke in half, we have a king and combined mine and my husbands weight isnt 400lbs. My husband had to re-build the interior frame with 2x4's so it would support the matress and us. i attempted to get in touch with 7th avenue and have been unable. very disappointed. this is the first time we have had a issue with their products in ten years :-( and i am still paying for it.

Most of the parts did not fit. I had to cut many of the pieces to fit. I called and complained, not expecting anything to be done. I received a $100.00 credit. I kept the bed and like the look.

This bed is horrible! Its very cheaply made, and is NOT like the picture looks at all, We had to wait for other parts to be shipped and then they didnt fit and had to be cut down, there were the slats in the middle some to long some to short needless to say I got this bed for my son in college and it will be returned its NOT worth the money at all and I found it cheaper on qvc! NOT that i would buy it cheaper I guess that saying you get what you pay for does NOT apply here, it was expensive and NOT worth it at all.

This turned out to look exactly as it did in the picture. I was able to put it together by myself as well. There was one part that was especially difficult but with some hard work I was able to get it done. This is a great looking piece and I'm very satisfied.
