I ordered this table to go next to my hospital bed, during the move to my room it came apart and is currently sitting in my grandson's basement. could you please send me new installation kit instructions...I am paying for it and I don't mind the time and money to use it. Thank you.

one piece was warped and my husband had to spend several extra hours by putting it in vices to get it to fit. I would like some money back because you sent me a defective product. He already had some together before he got to the bad piece.

The glue provided does not hold the item together and the dowels are cheap so they break. It keeps falling apart. I have to go to the hardware store now and get wood glue and new dowels to rebuild the thing.
