Ginny's Brand Oval Deep Fryer: The cool shape and gorgeous color make this one fashion-forward fryer! And because its fully immersible heating element heats to desired temperature in minutes, the oil stays hot throughout—so food absorbs less oil and comes out consistently crisp and golden brown. Heat its generous 3.7-qt. tank to the exact temperature your recipe requires (up to 375° F). It has a steel body, an enamel-on-steel tank and a vented lid with viewing window. Mesh basket (9 1/4" l x 7 1/2" w x 4" d) has heat-resistant resin handles. All parts are dishwasher safe except heating element. 1400 watts. 16 1/2" l x 12" w x 9 3/4" h. Additional replacement filters sold separately.
