It uses standard Senseo flat pods (for coffee or tea), and it comes with a single pod holder (for 5- and 8-oz. cups, or weaker 14-oz. cups) and a double pod holder (for 14-oz. cups, or stronger 5- and 8-oz. cups). It also has a removable 40-oz. water tank so you're not constantly refilling. Removable, stainless steel drip tray is dishwasher safe. 7 3/4" w x 13 1/2" h x 13" d. I really like this coffee maker.As some stated it is somewhat loud but the Melitta Machine that I used before this one was about the same noise level.So not bothersome to me. =========== I especially like the 3 different cup size settings.I found them to be accurate in the ounces dispensed.I wasn't sure about the color but it works in my kitchen.Its not really a bright red but more of a light burgundy/red.Offering more colors such as Black would be good. =========== I found it easier to not remove the water container and just refill it from a small pitcher.A single and a double pod holder is included.I like the handle on the side that lifts to add or remove the pod.The spout moves up or down for different cup heights. ========== Finding the pods can be a problem unless you normally order coffee online.No store in my area sells pods anymore so I always buy them online.There are usually deals to be found on 4 or 6 packs at a reasonable price.Overall I am very happy with it. =========== Have only been using it a week so can't say how durable it will be.

It is too loud, it only makes half a cup instead of the 8 oz it is supposed to when the 8 oz button is pushed and it is hard to find the coffee disk to fit it. Wish I had gotten a different brand of maker.

It seems like this coffeemaker is made very cheaply. It's just okay but not worth the money in my opinion.

It makes great coffee, my only complaint is the noise it makes when brewing, it is very loud.
