I got this for my daughters bedroom, and this is not at all what I thought it was going to be. It is much, much smaller! I know that the catalog is going to make things look larger, but this would not even suffice as a night light. With that said, the pricing is completely outrageous for what you are getting!

great find at a good price. every body likes it & it is a lot of fun to look at. Simple to put together & use-my only complaint is when I was replacing the rubber plug in the top, after filling it w/water, the plastic around the opening cracked a little :-/ when I tried to push the stopper back in-so be careful! It has not leaked though.
