How can you you not be satisfied with this? It's stainless steel with holes. It does precisely what it says it does. It holds the peppers up while they cook. If I had to come up with some complaint about it, it would be so minor I feel bad even mentioning it. The edges where the steel has been punched or cut were a little sharp. I just took a little sandpaper to the edges and no more issue. Remember, the more of the white membrane inside the pepper you leave behind, the spicier it is going to be. Also, if you want to cut down on some the heat, soak your peppers in water for a while after coring them. Happy eats.

I bought 5 of these. I gave 1 to one of my daughters. She lives in Washington. She was having people over for dinner, and called me after. She said the King Kooker was awesome. The Jalapenos came out beautifully, and the little tool that came with it was the handiest thing she had ever seen. She loves it. The rest of us haven't used ours yet, but I'm sure we'll feel the same.

we get giant jalapenos in california. sometimes they don't fit in the holes.
