I was very disappointed in this item. It was smaller than I thought. The wood was split in some places. The door was off the hinges. Some screws were in place already. I think this item was used and resold to me. I returned the play cottage. No thanks!! My grandchildren were very disappointed.

Very small and flimsy for the price and it is stained apple green, not white, as shown. Hope it holds up to the TX winds
