this is a great buy, only problem i had was even though it was in two boxes for some reason it had a few small scratches. but picture is great on it.

The only good thing about this Toshiba player is that it is the only DVD player that has been able to play some of the movies I've downloaded from the internet. Other than that fact, I would have returned it after the first time I tried it. The first time the player "froze", I tried to reset it by pressing the power button to turn it off but neither pwr button would repond. The DVD player seemed to have a mind of its own, and it decided to stay on permantly until I unplugged it and then plugged it back in. The system is too slow, the "Netflix" kept freezing up, I must have restarted it like 20 + times until "Netflix" finally started working. Yes this could have been a internet issue but I went on my PC to check when this was happening and everything was streaming just fine. Overall unless you have an assortment of different movie formats that your usual DVD player wont play, I wouldn't suggest this product, unless you like electronice equipment that weighs next to nothing. (Through personal experience I found majority of the electronic entertainment equipment of premium quality all weighed more than they looked like they should weigh, now and days I would buy the heavier equipment than light ones).
