Couldn't get it to work without error messages and it disabled Windows Help & Support for XP. Had to go into services to restart.

The stick couldn't find the files necessary to work. I couldn't find any way to get the files. My sister bought it for my birthday because it looked like a fun thing to have.

Could not get program I wanted to watch

It was limited as to what I could view. Better than nothing I guess, but I have other means. Bought for the NFL games, and I could not get the channels. I returned it.

I couldn't get it to load on pc, then I had to disable my internet security to get it to load. It didn't work. I clicked and everything and nothing. It just did not work. On the star rating I would rather put zero, but I had to click on one.
