Iridescent non stick cookware set
I ordered this item last year after looking at it for months I was very happy when I received it. Now I have had it for a year or less the paint has chipped of 3 pans, the handles or splitting and then on the tops they. 2 have come apart. I called and reported the problem they ask me to keep set for 10% off I kept it didn't know I would have this problem and I still have not seen the 10% reflected on my bill.
They should credit my account for the whole set.NK9 I have been a customer for a long time I have never not liked their products this was horrible. I would not recommended to buy.

Very Disappointed paid A lot for poor quality
We have hand washed these pots like it says you have to. Still the coating comes off. Don’t waste your money on these. Buy something that is sturdy and can be put in the dishwasher too

While beautiful, the quality just isn't there.
I saw some of the bad reviews and decided to ignore them because of all the good reviews. When I got them I could tell they weren't that great of quality. On the very first use the small pan got so scratched up. I am so disappointed.

I returned this product the first week
I returned this item the same week I got it. Not functional scratches easily and handles get too hot when used. It will help if you updated my account. These were sent the first week in may now wonder why my credit isn't getting better. Please fix this asap.If I still have the tracking # I will send it. I want this done immediately please. TY
