Worst purchase ever
When i purchased this laptop, it worked for about a month and a half. I have been having problems with the charger not connecting properly. A couple of weeks later it started to fall apart. The connector for the charger fell inside the laptop, and the screen no longer functioned properly. I was not able to return it because it has been more than 60 days. I expected to get better, or at least halfway decent quality merchandise, instead I am stuck with a useless electronic paperweight.

Disappointed
Won't charge, out of box for Christmas present for 12 year old, all he asked for and keeps saying battery not detected. So only way to use is with adapter, not sure how we would rate how computer is.

I order this item, received item on 11/30/21, went to charge battery before using, after 12 hours the battery never charge up. Therefor on 12/1/21 I boxed it back up and sent it by USPS back to Seventh Avenue. It was the worst item I ever got from here. I can not even rate it because it was that bad.

This is a nice small laptop that has worked really well for so far. It boots up and shut's down quicker than an older 3 year pentium laptop that I have.
