Works when it works
I only got to use it a handful of times and it was done for. I'm not sure if it is in the battery or the thing itself. It's the only one I've ever had that wears out before I do and now it has stopped working way before I got my money's worth out of it. You have to keep the grass cleaned out from around it constantly. Got the warranty though.

Not Worth it!
I bought this in October 2021 but did not get a chance to open the box until June 2022. I thought it will work like the Black and Decker and sadly IT IS THE WORST!! The battery is fully charged and last only 3 minutes and start smelling light its burning.

Battery issues already
I bought this trimmer a year ago almost to the day because I was no longer able to manage the larger gas weed eater we have. Now the battery won't charge. Not sure if it's the battery or the charger but regardless I can't do my yard work. Seriously it's only been 1 year. Unacceptable. I shouldn't have to buy a new weed eater every year.

Nothing but a headache
I ordered this product and it came yesterday. I assembled the product following the instructions and upon using it for the first the spindle that houses the string flies off. I put it back on it happens again then starts smoking. I’m very disappointed in this purchase.
