Buy A Size Up
The boot is so pretty and I really wanted to keep them for myself. I usually wear a 9 so I bought a sz 9. It was too small. I gave them to my mom who wears a sz 8. I should have purchased a 10. That's my only complaint. They are perfect otherwise.

Defective boots
When I purchased these they were supposed to be black and they are in fact gray. There is moisture collecting in the soles of the boots which causes a loud squish sound when I walk. I'm not satisfied at all with this product.

White/ Black Winter Boots
I love this boot, but unfortunately I need a half size larger. They are just what the picture represents! I bought them to coordinate with my white winter coat with black faux fur collar. They are warm and soft on the inside. I'm Disappointed that I have to wait for another pair, but looking forward to wearing them.

Not as expected
I received them today. They don't look like the same boots I ordered. There's only two colors to choose from (black or white). I ordered black. They look gray. If this is an error, please let me know.
