DO NOT waste your money
I purchased this trash can in February of 2022. Now it is June of 2022 and it no longer will open. Tried 3 different brands of brand new batteries and still no luck.

Quality item
Had it since October 2021, so far working well. Purchased rechargeable batteries for it to save money on batteries. Perfect height and I like how you can switch it off when needed.

Stopped working
Purchased this product on 08/08/2019. I would have hoped that it would have lasted longer then this, but now the lid wont open at all. Changed the batteries multiple times.

This may sound silly to those of you with not so big dogs, but, my dog is a Great Pyrenees. HE IS TALL one of the reasons I am looking for a new can is that he is easily able to raid the plastic ones, lid or not.Does anybody have large dogs activating it?

The top stopped working, it tries to open but will not . Put new batteries, Tried to just use the buttons on top, but they don't work either. Is there any way to get this fix?
