Terrible

Very disappointed!
I always order the Swiss Colony Cookies for special occasions, birthdays etc. Everyone looks forward to receiving them. I ordered 2 tins, one for my step daughter’s birthday and one for my grandson who loves them. I gave my step daughter her birthday gifts which included the cookies. I hadn’t heard from her about her gifts. Which was unusual. My grandson came over with his momma and we opened the other tin. I was so embarrassed at how the cookies looked. I called my step daughter and ask about her tin of cookies. They were bad too. I paid for a good quality product but did not receive that. I’m sending a picture for you to see. What can be done about this? Thank you for your prompt attention in this matter.
