These are more oatmeal raisin than carrot cake.

Nice treat.
Enjoyed especially with some cream cheese added. May have been shipped too late in the year as they were VERY warm when I got them. Put them in the refrigerator and they were ok but most of the drizzle topping was melted off.

Carrot cake suprise
All of our guests surprised these were carrot cake cookies ! Not a one piece of carrot raisin nut pineapple to be found ! More like a spice cookie but nice icing swirls !
