Broke when received
This item was broke when received very very cheaply made. I'm not going to order anything else. They had a piece of tape over it let me know it was broke but they still sent it to me

Poor quality
Received toaster yesterday. The crumb tray will not latch into place and there were little scratches on the body of toaster. Will be returning the item.
