And it's so easy to use: just add water to the 2.3-qt. reservoir and you'll have bullet-shaped ice cubes in 7–13 minutes. Makes up to 26 lbs. of ice per day. Just bought it. Never worked
Read all of the instructions and followed exactly. Only using distilled water. Never worked. Now I have $300 piece of junk. Not sure what do do. So frustrating.

Started great ended poor
I brought an ice maker in September of last year and it decided wasn't going to work again just before Christmas. Now don't get me wrong as this is the 2nd machine I've brought and the first one was still working last time I saw it. Just this 1 machine is no good

Horrible
This is my third icemaker with the same problems. Eventually it stops cycling and making ice and you have to turn it off for a while and then it’ll start working again but this time that’s not happening so this is my third ice machine in about five years and I’m really not too happy.

GOT THIS ICE MACHINE IN JULY 2022
I BOUGHT THIS ICE MACHINE IN JULY 2022 IT WORKED WELL SINCE THEN; TODAY ALL OF A SUDDEN IT QUIT WORKING, ITS NOT MAKING ICE ANYMORE. I MADE THE MISTAKE OF NOT GETTING AN EXTEND WARRANTY ON IT. I WONT DO THAT AGAIN!!! I'LL HAVE TO CHECK AND SEE IF IT COMES WITH A WARRANTY. I'LL KEEP YOU POSTED.

How do I get a replacement part? I don't know who to contact. I need to replace the plug the one in there now is really rough and actually cut my finger yesterday when I was removing it for cleaning.
