This item was effective for sleep pillows to soft and wabbly head slides of the pillow at night not comfortable at all for sleep.

Amazing Side Sleeper!
As a side sleeper in can be difficult ti find the right pillow. After using this pillow for two nights, I have slept so hard, super vivid dreams. I am unsure about the "cool" part, maybe it is cooler while sleeping. It is comfortable and an amazing pillow for side sleepers.

What is this pillow stuffed with? Foam or cotton ? It only says the cover is made with cotton. Does it have zipper to add or remover stuffing?
