I just received my sham (singular) and I was shocked & disappointed. I have to admit This is truly a first for me! I have never in my 51 years of living purchased any shams/pillowcases and they were sold as singles. Normally I buy a set (2) But today I received ONE sham! (SMH) Initially I grab my phone to call customer service & inquire but Instead I go to the website & looked at the description of my purchase...It doesn't mention how many are included anywhere but the title/description reads "Covington Sham" & I guess I should've inferred that Sham with no S meant singular-just one. I would've never assumed that though! It just makes no sense because in the pic-Clear as day there are 2 pillows with shams on them! This week I've learned a valuable lesson & I'm sharing it with whoever.....Do not expect the picture in the book/or online. It is not always a true representation of what you will receive! Never again will I purchase shams or A SHAM from Seventh Avenue again especially since I've learned they're sold separately (as singles). Even if I were filthy rich I would never purchase a single sham at $15.79 & that was the sale price!!! It just makes no sense!

The picture is deceiving. Why not just say in the description that "shams are sold individually not as a set? It would be nice & very helpful. It is very disappointing to get this product home & see ONE sham (as I just did)
