the pole doesnt screw together straight no matter how hard i try.. the plastic parts that hold on the lampshade are cheap and the shade will not stay straight ,.. disappointing

Was disappointed
I received this lamp yesterday. It's quite lovely but it is crooked, not a lot, but enough to make me rethink it. Even the directions tell you that if it is crooked to move pads around on the base to balance it. For the price, you shouldn't have to do that, very disappointing not to mention trying to take it apart, repackaging and sending it back.

Beautiful lamp
I received my lamp today. It is beautiful and I received a lot of compliments. The only issue I have is that even though it takes a 3 way 100 watt bulb my living room is still a little dark. I wish it could take a 150 watt bulb. For that reason I rate this with 4 stars.
