Nice size
Just purchased and putting together. No trash cans included even though it states it is and the front part of the drawer is cracked. Will be contacting customer service. Will not be unassembling and resending back

Great idea, terrible construction
I bought this about 7 months ago and at first it was fine. Then the "tilt" on one of the bins snapped so you had to hold it when open to prevent it from falling. Next to go was the small drawer as the front piece came off completely. Since I like the idea, I had a wood worker take it apart and reconstruct it

Exactly what I needed!
This was the only trash and recycling cabinet I could find online that was the right size for my space - I needed it to be fit between my oven and dishwasher (see pic) - but I held off buying it because of the negative reviews. I finally caved and am very pleased with my purchase, overall. No, it's not the most sturdy piece of furniture, but the description indicates that it's composite wood, so I expected that. I think it should last a long time, barring heavy abuse on my part. All of the pieces went together as expected and the directions were quite clear.
Putting it together took some time - probably 1-2 hours - so if you don't enjoy that kind of project, this might not be for you. There are a few holes that are not pre-drilled, which was a bit of an annoyance, but with a little patience and common sense, I was able to finish putting it together regardless. No missing pieces - everything was labelled and the package included exactly what was needed.
One minor issue I had is that the doors are a bit noisy opening and shutting, but it was an easy fix. I just put some little sticky felt squares on the corners of each door to deaden the sound. I also wish that the bins didn't take quite so long to ship. They are scheduled to arrive 1-2 weeks after the cabinet and I'm getting impatient... If there are any issues with those when they arrive, I'll be sure to update my review!

I searched all over and read reviews before deciding to give this a chance because it was the only one for the right size I needed. But I should have went with my gut based on the bad reviews. It’s supposed to come with two bins but they don’t tell you those ship separately and not sure they will come since it’s been three days since it supposedly shipped and USPS still hasn’t recorded receipt of the package being released to them. The product itself is poorly made. The directions have missing part labels to identify them in some of the steps. The top piece had the pre-drilled holes on one side spaces wrong so the top of it sits weird and one side sticks out more than the other. The walnut color is also not as pictured. It’s way darker than the picture shows so doesn’t match the rest of my kitchen now.

Misleading
I was severely disappointed with this. The trash bins include appear to be full size, ie 13 gal size; but they were the size of an under desk wastebasket, ie 4 gal.

It's okay for what it's worth
It took my son and I both a while to figure out how the floors and brackets affix to the doors. This item was missing many pre-drilled holes so we had to create our own. I am now perplexed why both doors don't want to shut and I think it's because of the stops on the brackets. For the most critical part of the build, the instructions were terrible.

I have the product mostly put together, but the two doors won't shut completely now that the brackets and the door floor is installed. What is the problem and how can I fix this without pinching my fingers each time I open and close it?
