Move On for Heat
I have & have had other electric stoves, this one is substandard.
I have it in a 300 sf room & it doesn’t even make a dent as far as heating.
The pros, it looks cute

Not worth your money
I bought this heater in December here it is the end of February and it does not work anymore. In January the flame quit working. I will not buy this again and I would not recommend anybody to buy this.

My daughter and her family lives in the mountains so i bought this thinking it would go in a bedroom but surprisingly ot heats up livingroom perfectly..its a wide open livingroom..so amazing

Love it
I received my heater before christmas and it heats better than gas does. Easy to operate and I like that I can turn on or off the fireplace lights. Not very happy with the shipping cost but I love this product!

Not sure about a replacement remote, but the remote that I got with my SmartCast TV controls the electric heater.

The flame has burned out can u get replacement bulbs? If so what type bulb do I purchase?
I have had this for well over a year and use it hours daily. I have not experienced the flame going out.
The instructions most likely tell you about replacement parts. Or there is always Google.
