increases one's comfort-lever and additional heat.
I bought this antique-style heater to add some coziness to my bedroom and/or living room. It is easy to move from room-to-room and the remote works great for changing "flame" size, heat setting, and blower speed. Great addition to any home.

Not safe
I ordered this heater while I was out of town. My kids pulled the delivery in and left in box in my bedroom. I just started using it after the New Year. Not as my main source of heat. I had it plugged in for maybe an hour and was leaving so I turned it off and unplugged it and the electrical cord was very hot. Tested it on and off throughout the weeks on other outlets and it still does the same. Not safe at all. Just emailed customer service to see how I can return it.

Electric Stove with Remote
Bought this about a year ago. Worked okay for awhile.
I do not use on regular basis to heat the room, I would turn it on to take the edge of the coldness. However, the remote started to not work correctly so I was manually turning it on. Now I can no longer do that as when I push the button to on...nothing works. Very disappointed as this was quite a bit of money and I am still paying on it.

Not worth the money
I orderded this heater on November 21, 22. By December 12, 22 it had stopped working completely. The control to the heater stopped working. After replacing the batteries, it still would not work. The heater stopped working a day later.

It was much smaller then what I was expecting.
But it does let off some nice heat. I would definitely recommend this electric fireplace for a smaller room.

I ordered this on 12/11/22 and received it on the 14th opened it on 12/15/22 and I will be calling to find out how to return it and will be sending it out on 12/16/22. Very unsatisfied. I am very offended

Where can I get a replacement instruction book for this item? Also it won't light up only the heat will turn on am I able to replace the bulb or logs in order to make it work again? I've only had it a year!
Hi Caylee,
To replace the bulb, follow these instructions:
STEP 1: Open the door of unit with the handle.
STEP 2: Loosen the 2 screws at the front of the log set inside the stove. Carefully lift the logset up far
enough to access the light bulbs. You will find 1 x 40W Type B-10 bulb under log-set bed.
STEP 3: Replace the burned-out light bulb using a new 40 watt Type B-10 bulb Type.
STEP 4: Reinstall the logset.
STEP 5: Plug in the unit
