Horrible
This is the worst piece of luggage I have ever purchased. It is so flimsy and the bottom legs and held together by velcro. I took it on a business trip and was afraid it was going to fall apart the entire time. It is not worth the money I paid for it and I will be returning it.

Is this bag small enough to take as carry on?
Yes. I was able to slide it under the seat in front of me. I use it all the time, even for weekend trips.
