Was loose in box!
Everything was loose in the box! The ties were not fastened and it was a mess! Whoever packaged it didn't do a very good job!
The flatware as far as we could tell was not scratched. Just very disappointed with the quality of the packaging.

Flatware set I purchased a second time
This product is just fine. My bad is that it does not match the previous set I purchased. There is a difference in the finish on the handles. I thought it had the same name as the past, but I could be wrong.
