Not Worth It
I purchased this a couple years ago. I used it perhaps, 5 times, each time hoping for the best; never got it. After adding the bacon, you attempt to place on the top, it pushes the bacon off. After several attempts, most of it remains. It then cooks VERY unevenly (from perfectly cooked to barely cooked to over cooked - all in the same batch). Every time. SOOOO not worth it!

Not happy
Didn't cook both sides. Bacon kept sliding off the heat surface. Very disappointed.

Bacon Maker
It took forever and did not get as crispy as we like. I most likely will not use it much.

Tasty bacon, less mess!
I like my bacon cooker very much. However, I found that pre-heating only leads to the bacon sliding and not making full contact with the cooking surface long enough to get the desired doneness. So, I just put the bacon on the cold appliance and set to the correct setting and come up with very tasty results.
Also, the 'cooking indicator light doesn't show very well.
It is nice to have bacon without all the grease spatters of pan frying or all the greasy paper towels to throw away when using the microwave!
