at first i loved ie but after one month of useit wouldnt spit out no more water. 2 weeks after that i tired to power it on and it didnt do anything. is it still under warranty so it can be fixed i bought it indeceber of 2022

Need to return..
I just received the Hoover Power Dash and will not suck up the water. I've tried several times to fix the problem and still doesn't work. Will be sending it back.

Do not waste your money
Purchased this and from day one it has not suction the water back up. It is causing my floor to warp. Will never purchase a hoover product again. Such a waste of my money.

Best mop machine ever
We had the crosswave but I hated it left dirt and filmy look behind, did my research on this machine they do have a few older models but the reviews on them where all great so I gave it a try! I been in love with machine since the first day it cleans the hardwood floor so good we have 5 big dogs so it’s rough but this machine has made it great the floors are beautiful again and no filmy look left behind I highly recommend this machine hands down!

Is this machine similar to the Bissel Wet/Dry crosswave? It appears to be but I am not sure. Sorry.
