Really attractive
Love them. I have a small window in a half bath. This swag just frames the window. It looks larger and is easy to open. It is a higher window that I enjoy looking out. This just brightened the bathroom and looks great.

Swag pair.
Swag pair is top and bottom. 2 swag tops are just a swag. I was not happy. I was told I would be refunded $20.00,was not.

I do not understand this review. Swag pair is top and bottom? What does that mean? And what does she mean that two swag tops are just a swag? I want to order a swag pair & two insert valances to hang on a double window. I am confused how to ordern it.
