Did not get all pieces, hard to put together. A picture said it all. I wish I had not buy this shoes rack, SAVE YOUR MONEY. The price should be a dollar or less it's that bad.

These racks are a pain in the !@@! They fall apart every time you try to hang you get close to them! They definitely don't like being hung/utilized!! ZERO STARS!!!
