I just received this sign. I bought it for a gift but I'm very dissatisfied. The Farmhouse words were not very clear, the name est. by was NOT centered and there are nothing on the back to hang it!!!!!

Just an fyi if you purchase this you have to buy picture hooks it has none screwed on the back. Nice in person and I like it on my wall I wanted ot for.
