Disappointed!!
I bought this as a gift for my daughter for Christmas and we put it together today and the name was put upside down! Now I have to figure out how to return it.

sticker for name
so i just got this for my daughter for christmas,ofcoarse i open it to make sure i am happy with it,and i see her name in white sticker paper and if that isnt bad enough its not even flat like someone carelessly placed it on . for the price i thought maybe it was engraved and painted in, which would have made it worth the price, honestly if i would have known it would come as a bubbly sticker i would have still got it but without her name on it, just be careful and know that it is sticker name and a possibility of it comming with ends comming up and bubbling,

Sent wrong item and was broken
I ended up with some else's jewelry box with their name on it and upon opening iut parts were broken and snapped in half. I sent this item back. I will not buy again

Bigger than expected!
I love it. Just bigger than i realized. Maybe i should have read the dimensions! But def encouragement to buy more jewelry. It does require so assembly other than that I like it

Has anyone had a problem of it tilting forward when it's open? Also can't get the lock to hold after I remove the key. Any suggestions please.
