Comfortable but difficult to put together
The chair is meeting the needs but it took 4 hours to put together. Very unclear instructions. Also the chair fabric ripped very easily. Praying it doesn't break soon as some of you mentioned!

Was comfy at beginning
Bought this for my husband because he has a bad back and zero gravity helps with pressure relief. Massager was working great until today. It's only been 3 months. Not a single massage location works now. Very dissatisfied but really shouldn't have expected much in such a low price. Maybe it can be fixed. Maybe not. But atleast, for now, the reclining and heat still works.

Very flimsy and unstable.
I brought these chairs for my grandparents who are in their eighties. Without the rapid reflexes of my husband, they would've fallen numerous times. I am now afraid for their safety.

If only it kept working I'd be thrilled
I received my chair a month ago and a week later went to visit family for the holidays. When I returned from vacation I couldn't wait to get back to my gravity check I absolutely fell in love with it and having arthritis and fibromyalgia it has been a godsend. However I was very upset that after working perfectly upon my return, the next day the chair back stop massaging. I did all the troubleshooting possible and I'm very upset because I just want it fixed. I had to get assistance to put it together and am not in the position to ship this chair back. I immediately email 7th avenue and have heard nothing since. With no manual I can't even have it serviced at my own expense. Unless you're a generally a lucky person I would not recommend purchasing the power gravity chair.

Zero Gravity Chair
I bought this chair last year. It's broken in a stuck position. I called Seventh Ave and was told I can't get the manual or the ma manufacturer name ti fuz the chair. I'm so very upset. I will never ever buy anything from Seventh Ave or its affiliates. And I will tell everyone that wants to order from this company. I'm done!!!!

Do Not Purchase!
This chair is priced appropriately for it's functions. HOWEVER, it is on the lower tier quality for these type of chairs. I couldn't afford the $1000 so I knew it wasn't going to be high quality. After about 5-6 uses the upper massagers stopped working. A week later... everything electronic stopped. I reset as the instructions mentioned and still nothing. I'm older and 150 lbs at most so this chair was lightly used.
