Rated 1 out of 5 by from No quality I bought this chair last moth and expecting to relax every time i seats here to get good massage unfortunately besides you can only get vibrating it won’t work the way you set it. Once you recline the chair it won’t go down again you have to wait for at least two to three days before it work again. Such a waist of money. I would like to return this product and the operator told me it take three weeks to get the instructions paper and address on how to return it. This is not recommended if you planning to get this chair

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed Only used 15 minutes when the butt and leg massage stopped working. Was very happy and excited. Sat in it and it is mostly comfortable. The massage feature is nice. It’s not even worth trying to send it back because shipping has to be paid by the buyer.

It has really been great for swollen legs and back issues. Husband thought the instructions could be better and he is great at putting anything together.

I am an engineer and mechanic,so I am a more than qualified to build and review the quality of the chair. I must give a big hand to Seventh Avenue Customer support. I have reported all of the problems and they have sent replacement parts in the hope of getting the chair to fully work. IF YOU OWN THIS CHAIR call Seventh Avenue Customer Service and ask for their assistance. They have been very helpful
