Broken on Arrival
The item was received broken in several places. I am not sure that it is suitable for outdoors as it is made of a thin ceramic material

I had brought a fountain from you guys about a year or so ago and it stated that I would have to take out a part of it when not in use. I forgot to take it out so now the fountain doesn't work anymore. Will I have to take out any parts when not in use?
