Product note: This is not designed to be used as a permanent structure. Canopy should be removed when not in use.

not too bad!!!!
Mine has held up pretty well. Even through the 75 mph winds. I was expecting it to be bad since the reviews are so bad. I hadn't looked at the reviews until after I bought it. I'm glad I didn't go by the reviews.

Nice awning
You will certainly need help putting this together. 2 person job. I had to strap to the side of my storage building. Not good for stand alone option. After that, all good except for the extremely cheap made cover.
Currently trying to have someone make me a more durable one.

No canvas replacement
We’ve had this awning for 6 yrs. We take the canvas and support rods down every fall. We do enjoy the cover it supplies us! But it’s impossible to replace the canvas! I would enjoy it much more if that wasn’t an issue! So come on and help us out with this !!!
I would tell anyone considering buying one that replacement isn’t going to happen. That for $200 plus the exorbitant shipping fees is a huge turnoff

Not worth the money
We put this up about 2 months ago and we are having to replace the canvas top.... not made well.... replacement will cost more money therefore we wish we had went with something cheaper. Or something completely different.

Not Worth Purchasing
I understand it is not a permanent structure but poor quality. If it is raining you can't sit under it because the canopy is not waterproof. Canopy holds water in puddles front & back. Very cheap metal. Few pieces where dented & some holes didn't line up. Not worth the price paid. A pop up would be better.
