Not what expected
Received product 2 days ago. Believed product was totally wireless Instead each camera requires external power source for each camera which would require me to rewire my house. Unacceptable, Nothing on order page indicated cameras were not battery operated. In fact, on the box there is a short, small print notice that cameras were externally powered.

Perfect Security System
I tried the Outdoor Security Camera and it didn't work to my expectations. So I got this system and its great. 4 Cameras, perfect pictures (either color during the day and black and white during the night). It was easy to setup and connection via ethernet cable to my router, (wifi didn't work for me for some strange reason). I can access my system via cell phone. I totally recommend this system.

I see wires coming from cameras on the house but yet it says that this set is wireless.
LadyP, The Supersonic Wireless Security Camera System is wireless. When a wireless signal is not strong enough you can remove the original antenna and substitute it with the antenna extension cord. We hope this information is helpful to you.

How long is the power cord

Does each camera need to be able to connect to WiFi? Battery rechargeable? Looking to set up around property and will not be able to be in WiFi range. Would they still show up on my phone using data instead of WiFi?

The cameras for the Supersonic Wireless Security Camera System do not have to connect to WiFi. An ethernet cable for wired internet connection is included. The product information does not mention a rechargeable battery. The video can be cast directly to a smart phone via the downloadable EseeCloud App. We hope this information is helpful!
