Horribly made - second lighted item I bought that was horrific. Stem is crooked not straight - the bottom mechanism was hanging open

Dissapointing
On arrival I opened the box and the lamp looked exactly what I expected. After unwrapping from bubble wrap I realized it was cheaply made. Then when i placed brand new batteries in the lamp it would not turn on. Another brand new set of batteries were indtalled and yet the lamp would not turn on.
