Simply plug The Clapper into any standard wall outlet and use it to control up to 2 appliances at the same time (one outlet is activated by 2 claps, the other outlet is activated by 3 claps). Indicator lights glow when a connected appliance is clapped off. It also has Home/Away modes (in Away, connected appliances will turn on with the detection of any sound). 1 3/4" w x 3 3/4" h x 1 1/2" d.

From the picture it looks like it will only accommodate 2-prong plugs not grounded (3-prong plugs). Is this correct?
