Beautiful fireplace
I bought this several months ago, but I didn’t take it out and look at it right away, therefore I could not return it. It is advertised as having an automatic thermostat, which is why I purchased it, but it does not have a thermostat as stated. It has 2 settings, high 1500 watt and low 750 watt. Very disappointed in that fact, I needed one with a thermostat.

The measurements for the Wall Mounted Fire Place are 31 3/4"W x 16 "H x 7 3/4 " D. The product is recommended to be installed at least 12 inches high off the floor to prevent overheating issues. We hope this information is helpful!

What is the overall length, height and wide of both the wood and the fireplace insert? Is Cherry the only wood it comes in? Is there supposed to be any ventilation on the side , top or bottom (inches) does it come in any other flame types or colors

The top wooden section is 31.75” L x 7” W x 4.25” H.
The bottom wooden section is 31.75” L x 8” W x 4.25” H.
The fireplace insert section is 18” L x 5.25” W x 8.25” H.
There are ventilation holes along the length and width of the fireplace insert.
Currently this is the only color and flame variation this item comes in.
