Rated 1 out of 5 by Robbin from Very poor quality I had a hard time putting together. It is so stiff you have to use force or another person to move it back. I gave you a one star because at least the remote works well. I want to return it, but it did not come with a packing slip or any information.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Liz T from Very Disappointed This was a gift for a friend with a bad back. it's difficult to get it to work, & it doesn't go all the way back as the the picture shows. The amount of time it took me to assemble it was awful. I will not return it because I shudder to think how long it'd take to disassemble it!!! I guess I'll just suck it up and eat it, but I really feel as if I've been had. This is a piece of junk. Verrrrry disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by lisad627 from Satisfied customer Just received this today. Clear instructions, easy to assemble. Reclines easily . So far I am pleased with the chair. The massage is like a vibration and makes me queasy (always has) and I haven't found a way to just use the heat. I can deal with the massage on low. I am sure this will help with my lumbar pain.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Jenne from hard to recline I bought this last month and I am so unhappy it's hard to recline and not comfortable if you have nerve and muscle issues. I wish I would have seen the electric chair.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Dina from Great chair I bought this chair in April 2019. It is a great chair that really feels good. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because the chair does not recline easily by itself. You have to have another person push your headrest back as you push back in order to try and lock it into position. This i totally dislike having to do. Locking and unlocking it into position and out of position. Not happy about that at all!

How far from the wall does the chair need to be in full recline? Second why the poor reviews? Is there a manufacture\designing problem with the reclining hardware?
I LOVE the chair. It has helped my back, legs, my whole body. Very relaxing. I would recommend this chair to everyone.

Reviews not good; why doesn't the chair lock into position ? Is it assembler error or faulty design ?
The knobs have to be tightened after you get to the position you want. It is inconvenient, but once we figured it out...we just deal with it now. Sitting up isn't a problem to lock it, but once you are in the pushed back position... very difficult.

how much has to be put together? What tools are required?
The tools are supplied and it takes about an hour to put it together. My wife has put 3 of them together over the past 14 years, It's not hard but 2 patient people make it easier. There are 2 sides, 3 bars that need to connect the sides and leg portion and the back. They are all screwed together by the supplied screws and supplied allen wrenches,
