Comprehensive set with ergonomically designed, hollow handles for lightweight ease. Stainless steel with satin finish. Knives include 8 serrated steak, 8" chef's, 6" mini chef's, 6" cleaver, 8" serrated bread, 6" boning, 8" carving, 5" utility, 3 1/2" paring, 3" bird's beak and 6 1/2" Santoku. Also includes 8" sharpening steel, kitchen shears, 7" utility fork and knife block (10" l x 5 3/4" w x 9 1/4" h). Hand wash.

SUPRISINGLY DISSAPOINTED
I was disappointed with the quality of this set. They are not sharp, they lightweight and cheaply made. I purchased because Oster was a brand that I knew, I just didn't know this product was going to be this cheap. I gave it 2 stars for the look.

Terrible knife set
My wife bought me this set for Xmas and now 3 weeks later half the set is rusted. This is supposed to be stainless steel not crap for this price. Do not buy this set. I told my wife to call them and return it. We washed and hand dried the knives and they still rusted.

Holds water in handle and rust
I thought I was going to get a good set of knives and apparently I didn't. These knives holds water in the handle and the blades rust

Great features
Bought a couple months ago love them. Make sure you read the instructions this are not dishwasher safe must be handwashed only or water will collect in the handles.

Good Blade but not good knife handles
Just bought these knives. I love the blades but when they get water on them, the water gets caught inside the blade handles. IF you don't drain it out right away after cleaning, it will rust from inside out very quickly. I'm returning immediately.

Don't stay sharp
Late part of last year. I use them not a lot and they are dud. LEAK WATER AFTER WASHING, A LOT, NOT WORTH THE COST
