This 3-pc. set is a great alternative to electric fryers! Hard-anodized aluminum pan with nonstick interior heats quickly and evenly. Wire basket has long handle and pan hook to allow oil to drain back into pan. Brushed aluminum cover has stainless steel mesh insert to stop spatters. Hand wash. 9 1/2" diam. x 5" h.

Question & Answer
How much clearance is beneath the basket? It's just 2 of us, so I would be filling it less. I can't seem to find a small stove top fryer.
Hello Wendy. There is about 1” clearance beneath the basket. This pan can only be filled with 2.25 quarts of oil (half the pan capacity), so this pan would work well if only cooking for 2. We hope this information is helpful to you!
