Is the neck part that is covered by the toilet paper resin also? Or is it skinnier different material. Trying to figure out if can be just used as statue

How do you get the toilet paper roll over the birds beak? Looks like it is bigger than a toilet paper roll hole. Does the head come off to be able to put the rolls on the neck?
