Ginny's Brand Deep Fryer with Timer
Additional Information
Product Details
Our Ginny's Brand Deep Fryer has three baskets—a large one for single batches and two smaller ones for different batches…and now it has a new timer! Enjoy a huge serving of perfectly fried chicken, or use both baskets and make restaurant-style fish and fries at the same time. Its heating element immerses, fully, which keeps the oil hotter and makes food crisper and less oily. And you can heat its generous 4-qt. tank to the exact temperature your recipe requires (between 250° and 375° F). Built-in 60-minute timer. It has a painted steel body, an enamel-on-steel tank and a brushed stainless steel lid with a glass viewing window. Mesh baskets (large is 8 1/2" w x 2 3/4" h x 10 1/2" d; small are 5" w x 2 1/2" h x 8" d) have resin handles. All parts are dishwasher safe except the removable heating element. Detachable 32" cord. 1700 watts. 15" w x 9 1/4" h x 15 1/2" d.

What are the filters for Where do you apply them
Hello Emme,
The Ginny's Brand Deep Fryer filter are in the lid. The Black charcoal filter takes out the odors and the white filter prevents the release of oil vapors. The filters will need to be removed when you wash your lid per owner’s manual. We hope this information is helpful!
