I just got this 2 days ago. Hard to put together. But i enjoyed it!!! Would have been easier if all i had to do is put the shelve on and door and heater.!!!

Truly Crushed and Disappointed!
This item was a true disappointment! I purchased this at the request of my husband, a army vet who saw this and felt it was beautiful with fairly good ratings. Instructions were confusing and wood was not good. A lot of splitting of the wood which makes the fireplace impossible to return now. It also makes it less than sturdy. He is crushed! Our first home purchase and a fireplace for the family room, those plans are gone!!

Not worth the price
This item is not what it appears to be in the catalogue.The assembling of this item took a great amount of time and frustrating to assemble. Wanted to send back but it was as frustrating to disassemble and put back in the box,

Not Worth the price
Not what i expected, doesn't heat a 400sq foot room as it stated had to go buy a space heater to warm up the room that is 300sq feet.

A Perfect find
It took me and my son 4-5hrs to assemble when I tell you it was worth it, IT WASss WORTH IT. I don't know why others are saying neg. about this fireplace I measured before hand. GREAT! I wish I could take a picture.Thanx Aunt Linda C.Small, Uncle Monty, Montgomery Ward,I'm hooked!!!

Hello, The on/off switch for the Media Storage Electric Fireplace is behind the bottom cover. The Shelf for the VCR/Cable box is 29 3/4 inches wide by 14 1/2 inches deep by 6 3/4 inches high. We hope this information is helpful!.
